THIS IS FURTHER TO OUR NOTICE DATED ON 1 FEB 2008,
AS GREEK STRIKE HAS YET TO COME TO A CLOSURE OR ANY IMPROVEMENT REPORTED, CNTRS DISCHARGED AT EGPSD WAITING FOR FURTHER TRANSIT PLAN TO GREECE IS NOT
AVAILABLE IN NEAR FUTURE.
CNTRS ARE STILL HOLD UP IN EGPSD AND WHILE NOT ANY MAIN LINER OR FEEDER CAN
REACH GREEK PORTS FOR TIME BEING. AS OF NOW,YML OFFICE IS NOT ABLE TO
ADVISE RESCUE ARRANGEMENT(S).
MOST UPDATED INFO FROM GREEK ARE POINTING OUT THAT, STRIKE MIGHT COME TO AN
END ON-AROUND 18/MAR, WHILE NO FORMAL NOTICE OR RELEASE IS OBTAINABLE, THIS

Commencement of SCI's New Weekly Service "SMILES" w.e.f. 13th March 2008 |
Dear Sir / Madam,
We are pleased to inform you that SCI has announced its SOLO new Weekly
service "SMILE" (SCI MIDDLE-EAST INDIA LINER EXPRESS) which will commence
its operations Ex-Nhava Sheva from the 13th March 2008.
The service will be operated with SCI's own tonnage & will cover Colombo -
Nhava Sheva - Jebel Ali - Dammam and back to Colombo.
Kindly note the First two vessel's on SMILE Service will call only Jebel Ali

Nhava sheva on 20th march 2008 their will be change in routing of IPAK
vessels, Jeddah call will be omitted and Valencia will be replaced as one of
the direct port of calls.

ABRUPT CLOSURE OF JNP GATES FOR VESSEL CMA CGM PUGET VOY 8108 |
Dear All,
We wish to inform you that though the port cutoff for the above vessel was
on Saturday 23/02/08 at 2300 hrs, the same has been preponed and the port
had to abruptly close the gates with immediate effect for the above vessel
due to the following reasons:
There were more containers in the yard for loading than the vessel can load
as of Saturday morning. (23/02/08)
Since we already had a huge roll over cargo of Apl Alexandrite Voy 8107 and
also had intake of fresh cargo , the vessel space was already utilized and
the yard was full , hence the port had no option but to close the intake of
contrs for C C Puget 8108, hence Jnpt gates were closed.
View above we would request you to gate in contrs meant for Cma Cgm Puget
Voy 8108 for the next Indamex vessel Lahore Express Voy 8109w Eta Nhava

Kindly be informed that an Emergency Bunker Surcharge of USD 160/20', USD 200/40' DC , USD 225/40'HC would be applicable for all shipments to USA .
For all containers loaded from vessel Jilfar V-15 ETA (NAVASHEVA) GTI 18/1/08 AND PIPAVAV ETA 20/1/08 this surcharge would be applicable. |

Client Advisory
This is to inform all our valued customers that due to huge congestion at Nhava Sheva/GTI, it has been decided by the vessel operator to omit Nhava Sheva call of m/v Nordstrand/kp098w earlier ETA 21/02/2008.
In view of the above development, all containers booked for Nordstrand/kp098w will be loaded on to the next immediate vessel: CMA CGM Rio Grande/kp100w ETA Nhava Sheva 26/02/2008.
We regret for the inconvenience caused due to aforesaid development, however, you will appreciate that such situation was beyond our control.

- As vsl delayed at Europe & arriving late at NSA, Vsl will be Calling at GTI terminal for both Import & Export operations.
- Due to Naval firing practice on 15th Feb' 08 from 0830 hrs - to 1330 hrs, pilotage was suspended on 15th Feb from 0600 Hrs TO 1330 Hrs

| This has adversely affect the sailings and berthings at the terminal and thus causing berthing delays as mostly tidal vessels were calling/sailing from this terminal. |

Dear Oocl Customers,
This is to inform you that vessel OOCL MUMBAI 020 E ETD NSICT 10.02.2008 is delay in berthing at NHAVA SHEVA.
Due to adverse cold weather conditions / blizzards in various coastal areas of China, vessel berthings got delayed there and hence, the vessel is running behind schedule. It's expected to berth today and is lileky to sail out later today / tomorrow.

APL PEARL - V052 - Customer Advisory |
Dear Valued Customers,
This is to advise our valued customers that vessel APL Pearl - 052 is proceeding towards Yokohama port after encountering heavy weather conditions while enroute from San Pedro on 5th February,2008. Presently, the vessel is now proceeding as normal and there were no injuries to the crew and no pollution. However, as per Master of vessel, a few containers are damaged and lost overboard with US Coast Guard been informed of incident.
A full investigation, including an inspection to assess the extent of cargo damage will be launcehed, once the vessel reaches Yokohama port. The impacted containers will be indentified and you will receive the additional communication from us in future.
